Why I started Helia Creative

I've spent over a decade on the brand side of beauty — working with L'Oreal, Rodan+Fields, Neutrogena, Olay, Ilia, Clarins, Origins, Jones Road Beauty, and major injectable manufacturers. I know how the world's biggest beauty companies sell, because I helped them do it.

Before that, I built growth strategy at BCG Digital Ventures and Accenture. I've been in boardrooms where billion-dollar decisions were made about consumer marketing. I know the data side. I can tell you why certain messaging converts in aesthetics, not just what looks nice.

But here's what changed things for me. I started LuxiLook on Instagram and TikTok — a fashion and lifestyle account where I create content every single day. I'm not reading about social media trends in a quarterly report. I'm in the feed — testing hooks, seeing which formats get engagement, understanding what makes someone stop scrolling.
